UPDATED June 2019Mark and I initially had eyes for a different venue. However, during one Sunday service, Pastor Erwin (Balanay of Victory Katipunan) mentioned a wedding he officiated in Balai Taal. I wrote it down as a potential Tagaytay wedding venue.Then on December 2016, we drove up to Tagaytay to do an ocular on the venues we were eyeing.
